Xperia X10 Gets Gingerbread Update PDF Print E-mail
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is definitely one of the most favorite smartphones in the market, and just recently, Sony Ericsson announced that they have updated the Android operating system onboard the smartphone to Android 2.3.3, or also dubbed as the Gingerbread. Although the Gingerbread has been released quite sometime ago, still, this particular update is a good addition to the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.

Also, according to several sources, it seems that the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Gingerbread update is only available for carrier-free phones, which means that if you are bound to AT&T or other mainstream telecommunication companies in the United States, chances are, you’ll have to wait for your telco to announce an update – or else you just simply can’t. And just like any other Android updates, you’ll need a USB cable and Sony Ericsson PC Companion software to make it work. The update will also include WiFi and USB tethering, and better Facebook integration too.
